On the evening of February 9, 2023 at 7:00 pm, the company organized the first phase of new employee training. The training instructors are Han Jialin, the technical director and workshop manager of our company, and Wu Huirong, the administrative director. A total of 13 new employees participated in the training. The purpose of this training is to help new employees systematically learn company regulations and job skills, understand the company's development history and corporate culture, enhance their sense of belonging, and enable them to quickly enter the work state and adapt to job requirements.
