       The purpose of this cooperation is to leverage the technological and intellectual resource advantages of Wang Guangen, a master craftsman, to carry out multi-level and multi field cooperation with the company through providing expert lectures, technical consulting, technology achievement transformation, and industrialization. Together, we will build an advanced manufacturing and automation industry development platform and talent training base. The two parties will establish an expert workstation in Yiwu City to achieve complementary advantages and win-win cooperation.         Wang Guangen, from Yiwu, Zhejiang, is a senior technician in the field of CNC machining. He is the Technical Director of Tongxin Garden Technology Co., Ltd. in Yiwu and the Vice President of the Yiwu Technician Association. He has been selected for training programs such as "Zhejiang Great Craftsman" in the new era, "Zhejiang Province Ten Thousand Talents Plan High skilled Leading Talents", "Zhejiang Province Chief Technician", "Zhejiang Craftsman", "Yangtze River Delta Craftsman Alliance", etc. He has led the establishment of Zhejiang Province Wang Guangen Skill Master Studio, Zhejiang Province "Three Engineering" Vocational Master Studio, and Zhejiang Province Model Worker Craftsman Innovation Studio. Wang Guangen has been committed to the front line of production for 30 years, participating in the transformation and innovation of various process flows in the automotive parts processing industry, developing multiple CNC automation special machines, and creating various advanced professional operation methods, making important contributions to the development and transformation of the automotive parts processing industry. In 2009, his company undertook the task of manufacturing seven high-precision and high-tech components for the steering gear of the Red Flag brand bulletproof sedan, a special vehicle for the National Day parade.
